Ironically enough, (or maybe not), a buttered roll was one of my favorite breakfasts before all this. “It’s better than a bagel,” I told myself. Walking past all the street carts in the morning, I still have an occasional craving for one. But I look at the people ordering them, and I’m usually thinner than them. That helps me say no!
