I’m a RRCA-certified running coach as well as a NASM-certified personal trainer who has been running for nearly 10 years and coaching for five. I’ve written about running for everywhere from Daily Burn to Active.com and Competitor. I’ve been blogging about running and working out here at Preppy Runner (RIP Losing Weight in the City) since 2009. I’ve been quoted in Runner’s World and Greatist about the sport.
