Aw, you like it, you really, really like it!

This morning, I was chatting with Tamsin on g-chat, encouraging her to go to the gym (and also wondering when I turned into the gym evangelist!), and she told me she had tried my sweet potato chip recipe.

I led y’all astray. This recipe for sweet potato chips, well, kinda sucked, and I forgot to tell you. So Tamsin told me she made them and they didn’t come out too crispy. Yeah, mine didn’t either, I told her. I promise in the future to let you know when my recipes don’t work out! (Like the putting the tofu under a skillet. Really? Who thought that was a good idea?)

Here’s another recipe for sweet potato chips — this one says to cook ‘em at 450 for 15 minutes, which sounds way more reasonable than 200 for 90 minutes. I’ll let you know how they turn out. If you try them, or any other recipe, let me know how it goes. Most of these recipes I’m posting I’m just trying out for the first time myself, too.
