So I’m talking to a friend about my blog (she likes it! yay!) and I just said “my blog is my food journal,” since we were talking about food journaling. I’m doing well, but I need to really make sure I’m keeping track of what I’m eating and not just the food I think looks pretty-ish.
Today so far: coffee with a splash o’soy milk and stevia; two scrambled eggs cooked w/olive oil and a splash o’soy milk (it makes them fluffier!); 2 pieces of turkey bacon (Bailey had the third) and a bunch of blueberries. They’re frozen, so they’re extra yummy.
