so, I started losing weight hoping I’d feel better but since I started my lower back has hurt more and more. I don’t get it. at work is the worst…what used to be a comfortable chair is now painful. feeling like I can’t win.
My lower back has started hurting too, but my trainer says it’s the muscles, and that I’m making them stronger. So hang in there — no pain no gain! (loss, in this case…)
