A Pump super-charged plate with brown rice, swiss, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, guacamole, and sweet sauce. And OMG I’m tired. This is a kinda big meal because today I had only the salmon brunch pictured, a 150-calorie ice cream cone! and an apple. The weird, sluggish way I feel right now is telling me my body is dying to get back to its usual five meals a day tomorrow.
