So, I’m doing great with this whole weight-loss thing. However, there’s always room to kick it up a notch, right?

I’m going to the beach in a little over two weeks. My plan: to weigh 5 pounds less by then, which will also put me at the 25-pounds-lost milestone.

How? By watching everything I put in my body even more closely than I am right now and KICKING UP THE CARDIO!

Who’s in? Five pounds less by Memorial Day.
