Dunkin’ Donuts egg white + turkey sausage flatbread and a DD iced coffee. ~400 calories. One of the good things Bloomberg has done is make all fast food restaurants post nutrition information, so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into when I ordered.

I didn’t post any food after the Pump energy plate yesterday, because, well, I drank my dinner again! I went to a fun Derby party and had a few finger sandwiches (small sandwiches, not sandwiches with fingers in them!) and some vodka and champagne. And a mint julep, of course.

My stomach had been bothering me yesterday, so I took something for it before I left. Between that and drinking, I am retaining so much water right now. My face is so puffy. I had an asthma attack while out last night. Sometimes you just need to listen to your body.

I also haven’t been to the gym since (gasp!) Thursday. Friday got too busy and yesterday I wasn’t feeling well. I’m going to try to go in a little while and get some cardio in before going to a brunch. I have a feeling it’s going to be some pretty difficult, but I’m going to push through. It’s my only choice. I’m supposed to play tennis tonight, so that will be two cardio sessions in one day.

Remember, cardio is cumulative. If you miss a day, doubling up the next day is just as good!

AND DRINK WATER!
