Re: the five-pound challenge

It’s not always about numbers. Maybe you just need to tone up a bit more or just kick up the cardio or kick up the nutrition. DO IT! I’m only advocating the 5-pounds-by-Memorial-Day if you’re trying to lose a bunch and need an extra little kick. I don’t want to foster any eating disorders here 🙂 Let me know in the comments if you’re in for the challenge if you haven’t already!
