THANK YOU. People need to realize that diet pop (er sorry, â€œsodaâ€ for most of you) is nasty AND thereâ€™s nothing â€œdietâ€ about it.
I’m glad this link resonated so much with people! The irony is that I was ADDICTED to diet soda, until my trainer told me all of this about it. Since then, I’ve cut back to no more than 1-2 a week. Going away last weekend, I had a few while driving and it started bothering my stomach, which reminded me to cut it back out!
THIS STUFF IS BAD FOR YOU. (But tastes so good…)
