Breakfast was, once again, Fage (fa-yeh!) yogurt with berries and granola. Which makes me sound…a little granola-y, but gives me tons of energy and fills me up. But not so much so that I can’t enjoy my morning snack — 5 Wheat Thins and a BabyBel light cheese. Dairy, it’s nice having some of you back in my life. Cardio, I hate you, but I love what you do to me! (Were cardio a person, this would be the basis of an unhealthy relationship.)
