This Week’s challenge: 50 lunges


Are your calves burning from last week?  They should be!

This week, gimme a 100 lunges per day.

You too guys!

Try to do them in a row, walking. If that’s easy for you, double it up (up and down twice per step).

I can hear your moans from here, but when your laying out by the pool or sitting in shorts next to some hottie, you’ll thank me in your head.
