With summer finally upon us (thank the Lord!), I’m going to be away from my gym pretty much every weekend for a good half of the summer. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to be sitting on the beach sipping fruity drinks (well, not all day!). In order to keep up with my goals, I plan on running on the beach and doing workouts like these. Using your own body weight can definitely be even harder than using free weights some times.
So, who’s in for this workout at the beach this weekend?
