I’m guessing y’all knew this – that the things that claim to be “healthy” are usually anything but, and if they’re claiming they’re fat-free, then there’s a ton of other not-so-good stuff in there.
I’m reading Michael Pollan’s In Defense of Food, so when this newsletter crossed my e-mail this morning, I had to share. I’ll also share my review (even though a bazillion people have read this book, I know you what to know what I think ;)) of the book when I’m done.
