Quick weight-loss/vacay update

  • Days away: 7
  • Days worked out while away: 2 (not too shabby, I say)
  • Fruity/sweet drinks consumed: a bunch (mmm mid-afternoon happy hour on the beach mudslides)
  • Non-fruity drinks consumed: even more!
  • Orders of french fries consumed: 3 or 4?
  • Weight lost: 0
  • Weight gained: This here is the miracle…0!

Even so, it’s back to the regular gym routine to keep the weight loss up and make sure that stays as 0 and none of those fruity drinks sneak their way in as blubber.
