Turkey burgers!
This one is my “recipe.” Please keep in mind that I am NOT a measure-it-out kinda girl. (You probably already figured that.) The only definites I know:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
The “to taste” parts:
- feta cheese (I used the tomato-and-basil kind that I bought to try with my spinach-feta homemade wrap tomorrow.)
- bread crumbs – I used just a big pinch for a little seasoning.
- salt
- pepper
Cook until done. (Duh.)
