Turkey burgers!

This one is my “recipe.” Please keep in mind that I am NOT a measure-it-out kinda girl. (You probably already figured that.) The only definites I know:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg

The “to taste” parts:

  • feta cheese (I used the tomato-and-basil kind that I bought to try with my spinach-feta homemade wrap tomorrow.)
  • bread crumbs – I used just a big pinch for a little seasoning.
  • salt
  • pepper

Cook until done. (Duh.)
