As you know, I’m getting sick of my eggs. So after getting back from the gym this morning, I threw these steel-cut oats in the microwave and hopped in the shower. They require two rounds of five minutes if you’re microwaving them, so they were all ready for Round 2 by the time I got out of the shower. Keep an eye on them, because mine bubbled over and my microwave is a mess now. I put a wee bit of honey (only a wee bit, honey is very sugary) and some blueberries for extra flavor/fruit. All around yum, and so filling because of all the fiber!
