Anyway – I’m a 26-year-old Manhattanite who has lost about (weight fluctuations be damned!) 50 pounds in the past year by…wait for it…eating right and exercising!
I take pictures of most everything I eat – even the occasional not-healthy treats – and I talk a lot about fitness and nutrition. My B.A. was in journalism, not anything science-y, so any advice that I give here comes from the perspective of experience/research/expert advice I’ve received from my trainer, Joel, and a nutritionist I briefly went to. I don’t purport to have all the answers, and I don’t mind being challenged.
