How to Stay Healthy…When You’re Not

I woke up this morning with a sore throat and some not-so-pleasant stuff dripping down my throat. The last time I was getting sick, Joel recommended:

  • 500 mg of Vitamin C
  • 1 Zinc vitamin
  • 1 Echinacea at each meal

This is a lot, and definitely a lot on my stomach, so I make sure to keep eating (which is not usually a problem for me when I’m sick) and drinking water.

These vitamins are in addition to the B complex and Omega-3 that I usually take. I’m also rocking a humidifier on my window sill to keep the air m-o-i-s-t, and making sure to pound those fruits.
