Every once in a while, a friend will tell me they get healthy recipe ideas from me or ask me for an idea of a healthy recipe. As someone who’s still not entirely sure she’s preparing chicken right or chopping vegetables the right way, that always amuses me.
Along those lines, I just threw a pound of chicken in my crockpot with a container of Greek yogurt, a can of chicken broth, some salt & pepa pepper (no 90s girl bands in there) and some broccoli florets. I have no idea how this will turn out, and I’m hoping for the best. Otherwise, I just wasted a pound of chicken.
