For the past ~351 days, I have had an awesome trainer with whom I have done my strength workouts. I worked out with him twice a week until the fall, when I switched to once a week. Today, I ran out of sessions. As I’ve lost a TON of weight, and training isn’t cheap, I think I’m going to take a little break. I love Joel to death, but I’m pretty excited about the new challenge of coming up with my own strength workouts. I have the knowledge of my workouts with Joel to draw from, but I also plan on consulting these resources to build my strength workouts:
