Ok who is down for a little challenge?

30 burpees in 30 days.

Day 1 – 1 burpee

Day 2 – 2 burpees

and so on and so on…

I created the Burpee30. (burpee30.tumblr.com). I changed the old December 100 blog to this. I will add you as a member if you want to do it!

It could be fun! And it will definitely be challenging! Even if you aren’t focusing on your health right now you could do it just because!! You don’t need a gym or any equipment either!
