I hit up Woodbury Commons (NYC friends — they are amazing outlets about 30 miles from the city, reachable by bus) and then my mom and I stopped for lunch. Pro tip? Skip the food court eateries and go to the adorable Cosimo’s, just outside of the outlets. This half pizza and salad al fresco totally hit the spot on this (mostly) meatless Good Friday.
