Dinner: this is a chicken pattie. WIth sweet potato and brown rice, eaten in shifts since nothing was finished at the same time.

Lately, I’m just going through the motions of being healthy. I eat the right stuff most of the time, and I make it to the gym most of the time, but it’s not as fun as it used to be. I’m lookin’ to get that back. Like, maybe in time to train for my marathon?
