I’ve decided that part of relaxing my rules means including bread (whole-wheat) more often, so I decided to try this banana and sunflower seed butter “sandwich” that I’ve seen around the blogosphere. You could use any kind of nut or seed butter, but I’m allergic to the nut butters. And that frappuccino? I just ousted the mayor of my local Starbucks on Foursquare, so I got a dollar off a Frappucino. So I had to get one!
