I found this on another one of my fave health blogs, Carrots ‘N’ Cake, and I’m going to give it a try tonight and every night from now until beach time in two weeks!
- 3 minutes of alternating lunges
- 2 minutes of push-ups (modified, if needed)
- 2 minutes of tricep dips
- 2 minutes of crunches
- 1 minute plank
