I found this on another one of my fave health blogs, Carrots ‘N’ Cake, and I’m going to give it a try tonight and every night from now until beach time in two weeks!

  • 3 minutes of alternating lunges
  • 2 minutes of push-ups (modified, if needed)
  • 2 minutes of tricep dips
  • 2 minutes of crunches
  • 1 minute plank
