I was feeling a little bored by my usual breakfasts – overnight oats, spinach feta wraps, bagel + sunflower seed + banana – so I made a little egg and cheese this morning. Honestly? Just not as good if you’re not hungover and it’s not greasy as hell. This one is with two eggs, feta (which did make it a bit betta) and a whole-wheat English muffin. I ended up having half a bagel thin with the sunflower seed butter and banana when I got to work.
