Some people make overnight oats in a jar; some make overnight oats in a mug. I had told myself earlier in the week that I could have a spinach feta wrap on Friday if I made breakfast every morning, but I didn’t even want one! (Whoa. I know.)
I was supposed to go out for lunch again today but I had to run back home at lunch and walk Bailey, so I grabbed a frozen Kashi whole wheat pasta pesto primavera. (Check out this article on Learnvest.com about picking decent healthy frozen meals.) Tina and Tamsin are coming into town tonight (!!!), so I’m excited for a fun girlie/touristy weekend!
