Before heading back to the city, I went back to my parents’ house for dinner. My mom made scallops and sauteed some veggies. My body was craving the veggies like whoa. After the burger, I felt pretty bloated. I’ve been going out a lot this week, and I can feel the beer around my stomach. It doesn’t feel taut like it usually does. (I also haven’t exercised since Tuesday and I overslept this morning for my long run.) I’m just taking it one day at a time and trying to get back on track. Less beer, more moving.
