That’s been my strategy the past few days to feel okay. As I love food, eating sort of blandly has been hard for me, but I feel better when I do this, so it’s worth it. Anyway, I’m training for a marathon and headed to lie on a beach in Hawaii in a bikini in two days, so it’s probably not the worst decision ever. Today, I had a simple turkey burger with sweet potatoes and brown rice. Nutritious and filling, if not the most exciting.
Also, I bought some digestive enzymes and probiotics to try. Anyone ever try those? What’d you think?
