Today is my last summer Friday, so I got to have breakfast at home. I made eggs, because right now I’m not sure what else is a good gluten-free breakfast. (I know I can get gluten-free oats but I’m waiting until I’m sure my stomach has been all calmed down before I introduce that much fiber back into my diet.) I scrambled up two eggs with a little almond milk for fluffiness and had half an avocado with sea salt.
