For the first time in a while, I ran down to the cafeteria with my coworker to grab something.
You’re probably wondering what the hell this is. Chili. Vegetarian chili.
Why would I, a red-meat loving girl, get vegetarian chili? Well, for starters…it has more vegetables, something I know I need around this time of year. Also, there’s plenty of protein in the beans. And sometimes it’s good to have a vegetarian meal. (Not good? That I couldn’t stop burping all afternoon after the chili…)
I eat some sort of meat at most meals, so it’s good to take a break sometimes.
