…is what I did to my dinner.
It was the final round of the dinner I made the other night (this is the fourth serving of it–I’m very proud of myself for stretching that meal out so much), and I had to add a little more to stretch it out this time. I sauteed some spinach with parmigiano reggiano, rather than putting it on top, and added some cherry tomatoes. I also made a chicken patty to put on top, since I’d run out of spinach.
Bulking up…
…is not what I want to do with my strength training challenge. (And yes, I did just use the creepiest picture of bulking up I could find.) I’d like to get leaner and more toned. I didn’t get any strength in tonight, but I did take a spin class, which helped with my mood and perspective a bit on things.
Semi-unrelatedly, I think I’m going to make an inspiration board. I just saw a friend’s on Facebook, and it was really inspiring (duh.) Do you have an inspiration board? What’s on it? (Jump on it!)
I love inspiration boards. I almost always have one. They’re great.
I’ve been thinking about making one also! I’ve never made one before and I keep thinking about it.
I don’t have an inspiration board… but it would certainly be something worthwhile! Strength training to lean out your muscles is awesome. It is amazing how great you feel when you feel strong!
I’ve made a few vision boards which I imagine are similar, I love being able to see what I dream right in front of me – I’m a little “the Secret” like that 🙂
Your strength training challenge has def inspired me…did my first upper body w/o in a while last night…feeling good!!
