Every Second Counts: 30/60/90 Giveaway

I have a good giveaway for you guys today!

One of my freelance social media clients is Kristi Molinaro, the founder of 30/60/90, a high-intensity interval class. Her class at Equinox is one of my favorite classes in the city (my review from the first time I tried it) because it’s so intense. It’s 45-minutes of weights and plyometric moves broken up into 30-, 60- and 90-second intervals. I’m not a huge sweat-er, but I always walk out drenched in sweat. I plan on completely recommitting to this class after the marathon to get all my other muscles that I don’t use running back into shape.

Although the class is currently only in New York, Kristi does have a DVD–and she’s given me three copies of the DVD and three of her adorable 30-60-90 t-shirts to give away!

I don’t have a photo of the shirt right now, but it says “Every second counts.” Another mantra I’ve heard from Kristi is “you can do anything for 30 seconds.”

To enter to win:
