I woke up pretty early again this morning and decided to use the extra time to actually make myself breakfast instead of buying breakfast. Well, apparently I live in a fantasy world, because I thought my fridge was fully stocked with all kinds of fresh food, but I had to throw away some rotten fruit and some old turkey bacon before I could make myself one egg (I am so a 2-egg kind of girl), some turkey bacon and some wheat toast for a mostly balanced breakfast. Totally balanced would include some veggies, but I can’t do veggies for breakfast. It’s just too weird.

The one thing I tried this morning that I was NOT a fan of was soynut butter. I’m allergic to peanut butter so the nutritionist suggested I might try soynut butter. YUCK. I’m not sure if it’s the texture (since I’m allergic, I …don’t eat peanut butter…weird, right?) or the taste or what, but yuck. Since I’m a little weird, though, I hope this doesn’t dissuade you from trying it if you can’t eat peanut butter.

The coffee is made with soy milk and stevia (which, every time I say it, I want to sing it, like Activia!)
