I’m addicted to Pump. Today I decided to do half rice, half mixed greens. It’s still a little calorific, but not too bad for me. I also added: guac (obvs), a sprinkling of cheese, tomatoes, bison, spinach, and…some other stuff. I literally just looked at the nutrition facts sheet I took and blanked out. I think that’s it, though.

Lesson? All these things are good for you, but maybe not ALL of them together. Or maybe not the whole damn plate! I do feel kinda full right now…
