Do you have very certain ideas about what your breakfast/lunch/dinner should look like?

I do. Breakfast feels like it should have some kind of carb and egg in it and be relatively filling.

Lunch should resemble a salad or a sandwich and be a little more filling.

Dinner should be a piece of meat/fish and some vegetables. But who’s to say I can’t make my salmon for lunch with some veggies? (Yesterday, me. I got Pump for lunch because I felt like salmon was too dinner-y to have for lunch.)

Don’t let mealtimes hold you back like they do to me. (However, I will NEVER do breakfast for dinner. It just ain’t right.)

Maybe this all comes from my Italian mother…
