Today, I had my afternoon snack before I had my lunch. Don’t ask. My late lunch was the quinoa “salad” from yesterday with another salmon burger. Someone asked — they’re frozen, from Whole Foods and cook FROM FROZEN in about five minutes! Why didn’t I discover them earlier. I have a meeting tonight at California Pizza Kitchen, and I’m trying to decide what there won’t be terrible for me. Even their hummus has 800 calories!
