Coconut Overnight Oats

This picture may look similar to my other overnight oats photos, but it is SO DIFFERENT!

  • It’s at home! (I have a summer Friday today! For those not in the know, summer Fridays were invented by the publishing industry to create a sense of euphoria in its underpaid masses for three paid Fridays off every summer, thus forgetting about said underpaidness.)
  • It’s a new oatmeal I requested a sample of for my OpenSky store*. It’s my first time trying it, but it seems pretty good!
  • I also used a sample of COCONUT BUTTER I requested.

So in the mix: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup almond milk (YUM), 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries (approx), 1 teaspoon soynut butter (I’m really not as into it as I am into sunflower seed butter, but I don’t want to waste it…) and 1 teaspoon coconut butter.

*As you know, I never want to be a product whore, and I will never talk positively about something I don’t agree with just because it was free. (See: SlimFast; see also: my disclaimer) But I did want to sell more than just a foam roller, so I asked for some products to try. They were both legitimately yummy, so I have no problem recommending them wholeheartedly.
