My tummy’s been bothering me a lot more lately, so I’m trying to eliminate anything that might be triggering it, which could include dairy, wheat or coffee. (My poor, sweet, iced coffee.)
So after my run this morning (4 miles, 38:22), I had some overnight oats sans Greek yogurt, but avec soy milk, blueberries, a little flaxseed, soynut butter and half a banana.
I also got a venti iced green tea from Starbucks. I’m not too cranky or tired, so I guess it has just enough caffeine?
