Protein for the win!
Scrambled eggs with Mexican cheese, spinach and almond milk and a turkey sausage.
I never thought this would happen, but there’s been a handful of times recently where I’ve been too busy to eat and all of a sudden, I found myself so hungry I was light-headed. So with a full day of apartment searching ahead of me, I’m having a protein-full breakfast that should hopefully keep me full for awhile.
