Things you may not know about me: I used to work for a legal technology magazine, covering consumer technology for lawyers with lots of disposable income. I also used to try to master the tech beat at the political magazine where I worked, figuring if I didn’t know all the history of politics like my political junkie colleagues did, I could get a leg up on the new technologies campaigns were using. (Like that crazy social media stuff. Who knew it’d stick around?!) So needless to say, I love gadgets and can’t live without my phone or my laptop. Between work, writing a blog, doing volunteer work, I’m always on the go and I’m always connected. (Uh, for better or worse.) I’m primarily a Mac girl, so I was excited to try one of these fancy Lenovo Yoga 3s. Also, as a blogger, I was so excited about LIVE WRITER. I was so excited to use the program loved by bloggers everywhere that helps you publish your posts far more intuitively than any other software. 
But what’s really cool about the Lenovo is its form factor. You can use it as a regular laptop, and at just 1/2″, it’s SUPER thin. (My Junior League binder is thicker.) It also weighs in at just 2.5 pounds, so while I can’t lift weights with it, I can definitely throw it in a bag without being weighed down. The computer itself is a little yogi; with its 360-degree hinge, you can bend it any which way, using it as a traditional laptop, a tablet, tent or stand.
The touchscreen is also really cool and intuitive. I know sometimes I’ve wished I could just move things on-screen with my fingers to illustrate a point, and with this computer, you can.
And the tent = all the better to watch foam rolling videos!

Having a portable tablet would be really great especially when travelling for business trips and ad hoc short meetings.
I would use the tent feature while watching youtube. I would use the tablet features for when I was on the go and at lunch time at work.
I would use it in a standard clam shell-type laptop mode most of the time, of course. But I would also use it as a very large tablet, by flipping the screen all the way back. I would also use it in a tent mode, where the screen and base are positioned in a reverse “V,” or in stand mode, both of which are nice for presentations or other hands-free uses.

It’s so light weight I would take it with me to all the festivals we set up to sell at. It would come in handy, a lot!

I love the tablet feature. I love how portable it is, but also has a good sized screen. I have a 7″ tablet that is hard to see even with reading glasses on. I’m always needing it to help my boys with homework.
I need a new laptop that functions better and has way better features. The one i have is a little slow and has not be too good for me lately. And it is bulky. First of all, it’s portability. The fact that it weighs less than 3 pounds is awesome. I can stick it in my backpack for school, or in my purse for work! I also love that it can be tented, because boyfriend and I are big on watching Netflix in bed but I hate having to hold the tablet up! It would also be great to tent on the ground and watch yoga videos while doing yoga. The applications of its features are pretty much endless!

I think I would use it as a tablet most often when I’m playing games or doing light web browsing. I don’t know if I would use the tent setup very often. And of course, I would use it as a laptop whenever I have to do a lot of typing.
The tablet is so nice for apps and swiping, but the keyboard is handy when a lot of typing is required. The tent option is fantastic in the kitchen when looking at recipes!

The tent form to watch movies at night in bed
I travel a lot for work so this would be perfect and lightweight to carry through the airport and then use the tent feature to watch movies on while in flight and then also great to get work and emails done either on the plane, in my hotel room or waiting at the airport.

I’d definitely use the tablet feature. My Kindle recently died and I need a replacement.
I’m going to be starting some online courses this summer, so having a new laptop would be AWESOME for that! The tent feature would be great for following fitness videos. 🙂
I would use all of the forms. It is great that it has so many options.
The portability of this would be great. Being able to hang it in the kitchen so it’s up off the counter while cooking would be awesome.

I’d use as a tablet in the car and the tent feature for watching Netflix. I would use as a laptop when typing up reports ect…
My laptop is old, slow and crashes often. The YOGA 3 Pro would make a great replacement. So many great features. Really think the projector is COOL!
I’d use the tented form for watching videos and tablet form for when I want the easiest portability and for reading.
I would give this to my son. He would probably use it as a tent to watch videos and a tablet to play games.

Most of the time I’d use it as a laptop but, occasionally I’m working in the car, on a plane, on the couch and the tablet option looks perfect.
I think the option to switch between laptop and tablet mode would be awesome at work – sometimes I’m sitting around, which the laptop option would be great for, but other times I’m up and around, which the tablet option would be perfect.
I love this Lenovo YOGA 3 Pro Laptop! I would use the Write It app a lot to make my “shorthand” chicken scratch writing finally legible! I write a lot and this would be a great tool! I would use the tent setup for watching videos and streaming and use the Lenovo for a laptop when writing…. otherwise, I’ll be taking it everywhere for searches, email, surfing etc, as it is SO light and functional! This is an incredibly awesome giveaway too, SO thank you very very much!!

I am always cooking so I would use the tent form for when I am using recipes when I cook and also for watching videos.
I would use it as a tablet the most but it would be great to have the keyboard when I need to type something lengthy.

I love how versatile it is, It would be great in the kitchen standing up, awesome in the living room on your lap, as a tablet. I can see so many Uses for this

I’d use the tent mode for looking up recipes and watching cooking videos in the kitchen and for watching yoga videos. I’d use the tablet mode for when I’m on the go, traveling, in my yard or using the computer with my youngest son who loves to watch Wheel On The Bus music videos! I would use the form factors, rolling screen, 360 degrees when watching movies. This laptop is so versatile. It is truly amazing.
I’d use the tent to watch Netflix movies and TV shows, and I’d use the tablet for updating my social media accounts in the comfort of my own bed.
I would use the tent the most to watch tv shows, follow recpices when cooking and the projector
Hands free use that pop up tent and so light and slim, don’t even need a special bag. So many things to love!
