I’ve Got a Confession to Make… (And a Question!)

I’ve written quite a few times about how terrible artificial sweetener is for you. 

But I don’t always practice what I preach. I still put Sweet ‘N’ Low in my coffee every morning. (I know, I know.) Clearly, I need to switch.

But to what? Stevia? Sugar in the raw? Just straight-up real sugar if I have to? Agave nectar?
