You guys! Starbucks has breakfasts that aren’t a spinach feta wrap. (I KNOW.) Apparently, the huevos rancheros wrap also has cheese in it, though. I tried their oatmeal, and after having overnight oats all summer, hot oatmeal tasted a little weird to me. I tossed their toppings and put in some of my own fruit and sunflower seed  butter.

I’m interested in trying some milk alternatives next week when I get back from the Healthy Living Summit (blogger fun in Chicago)—but no way am I trying anything new while away from home with a 17-mile run in my plans. I also am not totally forgoing milk and cheese 100%; just 99%.
